IMPORTANT NOTICE: Exterior Renovations (September 2026 – March 2027)
Our building will be undergoing exterior renovations during this period. Throughout the project, guests should expect construction workers present Monday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, intermittent noise, and closures to certain building areas. All dates are subject to change.
HALLWAY RESURFACING: October 15 to November 15, 2026 – The 13th floor hallways will be undergoing resurfacing during this time. Access will be maintained throughout most of this phase, with the exception of November 8 to November 15, 2026, during which no access to the floor will be permitted.
BALCONY CLOSURE: December 16, 2026 to January 20, 2027 – Balconies will be completely inaccessible during this phase.
POOL: The indoor pool will remain open throughout the entire project. Certain outdoor pool areas may experience intermittent closures during this time.

Other Notes
HOUSE RULES:
Must be 21 or older to book our home.
No pets allowed.
No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.
A $325 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays.
POOL RULES:
Do not tamper with the pool equipment. If equipment is tampered with there will be $500 fine!
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
