Bedrooms:
The master suite boasts a king-size bed, and desk. Secondary suite has a queen sized bed. The bedroom across from that has 2 double beds, these rooms share a bathroom. The fourth room has a bunk bed for all the kids to enjoy!
Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience, while a half bath is situated downstairs off the bar and pool.
Kitchen:
The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with a spacious dining area nearby for family and friends to gather around the table.
Outdoor Amenities:
Your private oasis awaits just outside. Lounge by the pool with a good book or a tropical drink, and when the sun goes down, the outdoor bar area is the ideal spot for evening cocktails and entertaining. Make dinner with our gas BBQ with included propane! The top deck offers views of the marsh.

HOUSE RULES:
Must be 21 or older to book our home.
Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $100 pet fee.
No smoking on the property. A $1000 fine will be enforced for smoking on the property, inside or outside!
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please refrain from making excessive noise past 10 PM.
A $400 cleaning fee is required to be paid before check-in for long-term stays.
Golf cart rental: $65 per night.
WE DO NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS FROM LOCAL RENTAL COMPANIES TO BE BROUGHT OR DROPPED OFF AT OUR PROPERTY FOR USE.
PET RULES:
• A $100 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.
POOL RULES:
Do not tamper with the pool equipment. If equipment is tampered with there will be $500 fine!
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
NO PETS IN THE POOL!
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool. There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
